We have an Escient Fireball that we've had plugged in for a few months... however, we just finished renovating part of the basement, so we haven't tried to use it until now.
For some reason, we can't turn it on. The manual says to wait for the blinking red light to go solid, and then press the power button. Well, the blinking red light doesn't go solid. We've unplugged it, plugged it back in, let it sit and waited for a few hours, we held down the start button for a while... nothing's working. Anyone have any idea what to do?
This is not the answer you want to hear. Call the manufacturer. There is a problem with it somewhere. Probably in the power supply if it won't turn on.
