There’s no way the equaliser goes between amplfier and speakers! The amplifier connects to the speakers direct. the equaliser, yes mine is a Technics SH-8044, connects into the tape loop. The cassettes out/in connects to equaliser, the eqalisers out/in connects to the amplifiers tape in/out. There are several other ways of doing this depending on what you are using the equaliser for. Mine’s purely for adjusting the tapes freq response for best results, it’s not needed otherwise (good system).
