I'm just wondering what's the origin, story, and/or history behind this tradition. As in what were the events that led up to picking Metallica's "Enter Sandman" as the Hokies' entrance theme in college football, college basketball and other Virginia Tech sporting events if any, who's idea it was, why this song was picked, when this tradition first started, where it first started.
