Ipod Dock Can get a virus from a iPod dock player on your iPod?
I got this iPod dock player from Walgreens. It came with speakers. I've used, but I'm a little suspicious...or paranoid.

I think your being a bit paranoid there. There should be absolutely no memory on a speaker system, if there was i am sure the FCC would of picked up on that and asked the company why there needed to store information a a set of speakers. I don't think your speakers have gave your iPod virus. If it had it would of been on of the weirdest things i have ever heard.
