Foam Surrounds
can I use canned foam to fill in behind tub surround before installing?
Well I have been in the field 20yrs and there are 2 correct answers here
Do not use the foam. If you put just 1% to much it will push your surround out.
I dont know what you are really trying to do here.
If your trying to put it arounf the tub (under) to keep the heat in you could use the foam BUT make sure there is room for the foam to go to the sides and not up. There are alot of things you could use besides this. But like I said I dont know what your really trying to do here.
