What is the best clear lip gloss and black eyeliner?
I love clear lip gloss and i just started using eyeliner, so i need a black(not brown) eyeliner.
btw, i meant eye pencil. is there a big difference between eyeliner and eye pencil?
My absolutely favorite clear lipgloss is NYC and you can buy it from any drugstore or my 2nd favorite clear lipgloss is Bonnebell and the good thing about those lipgloss's are that even though they're clear, they smell and taste amazing!
My favorite black eyeliner is Wet n' Wild and that too you can buy from ANY drugstore. It is an eye pencil. My 2nd favorite eyeliner if you can't find that one or you want to spend a little more money on is the one from Sephora or MAC. They're like $20 but they're worth it. Good Luck : )

Angelina Jolie Makeup Tips:
STEP 1 A big part of this look is the clean, classic shape of Angelina's eyebrows. So before you apply any makeup, use your tweezers to shape and clean up your eyebrows.
STEP 2 Use a concealer brush to apply a cream concealer under the eye and on the eyelid. Using your fingertips, blend well using a tapping motion. Apply foundation only where needed to even out redness or conceal any imperfections. To apply the foundation use your fingers and the same tapping motion you used to apply the concealer. If your skin is in good shape, you can skip the foundation.
STEP 3 Dab a makeup sponge into loose powder and use it to lightly pat the t-zone and the area around the eyes to control shine and set the concealer. A sponge actually gives a finer application than a powder puff. This will help prevent the powder from settling into fine lines and creating a "crepey" look. This is a good technique for mature skin.
STEP 4 Make Your Lips Look Plump Like Angelina Jolie's If you have a thin upper or lower lip that you would like to look slightly fuller. Using lip liner that is the color of your lips or the color of your lipstick, gently outlines the outside of your lips just beyond their natural border. If you use a lip liner that is the color of your lip stick, be sure that you continue to reapply your lip stick as it fades. Lip liner generally lasts longer than lip stick. Lip gloss does wonders in making lips look plump and vivacious. The glossier the gloss, the fuller your lips will appear. Therefore, be sure to add a layer of lip gloss on top of every coat of Chap Stick or lip stick when you want your lips to look especially large. However, keep in mind that you should only apply lip gloss to the center third of your lips and avoid the corners.
