Inch Home
home stereo prob - can setting a regular (15 inch subwoofer) speaker facedown on the floor ruin it?
I put my 15 inch subwoofer face down to get added base (and man was it great!) but now im not getting as much power?
was it made to lay face down? When you set it face down was it a couple inches off the ground or was the speaker actually touching the carpet/floor? If the speaker was hitting the floor when it moved in and out then it could have messed up the coil in the speaker. This is why a sub that fires towards the floor has the 1-2 inch legs on them. hope this helps

The final steps to their seats, and you're ready to move into a new house. But before you get too excited to hire a professional inspector to check the structural integrity of the home, as well as any defects that may ultimately cost you more money in the future. Perhaps this is the most expensive purchase in your life, and unlike some expensive things, you probably do not have a simple return policy. A good inspector can mean the difference between enjoying your dream home and spend the rest of his life trying to get rid of a difficult financial burden.
The main inspection will include a thorough examination of property heating and cooling systems, plumbing, electrical systems, attic, crawl space, roof, insulation, walls, floors, windows, foundation, basement, ceilings and foundations. When an educated man investigates these things, they can detect problems that may not be obvious now, but can turn into a catastrophe down the road.
When the inspector considers home inspector, they will make a full report in writing of its findings. If the main issues do exist, then the buyer can agree how to solve this problem with the seller. The buyer, of course, has the opportunity to withdraw or negotiate. This can lead to giving the seller the best price and selling or even offering to pay for repairs before the new owner moving in.
Most of the proposals on the property have a backup point to protect the buyer from such unseen problems. For example, the provision could state that the proposal may be withdrawn if an inspector finds $ 10K or more injuries or defects in the home. Houses with structural problems can result in cost tens of thousands of dollars to repair, and that is why chief inspectors are so valuable.
Perhaps you saw the MLS listings that say "before the inspection, which is exactly the stage of property-inch potential buyer made an offer that was accepted by the seller and both parties expect from the inspector to assess any defects in the house can have.
It is important to hire a plano home inspector who is certified by the American Society of Chief Inspector. This means that they perform at least 250 inspections and passed two difficult exams Proficiency. These inspectors must adhere to standard practice, continuing education, as well as the general code of ethics. When it comes to ethics, you can also avoid the agency "Favorites".
These inspectors are usually selected because they do not spoil too many sales and keep things moving forward. Take the time to find the right inspector and pay them so that you can be sure that your home buying decision will be good. Several hundred dollars can save you and your family from the set of headaches and financial problems.
