I want to put the LCR speakers in-wall. The only place I can put them is around 7ft. Currently they are about 5ft 8 inch and 6 ft high. If I place the speakers higher, is there going to be a big difference between where the video is and where the sound comes from? In another words, am I going to notice that the sound is coming much higher than the TV?
Also, I can choose between two in-wall speakercraft speakers. The better ones you cannot aim downward and the other ones you can. Is it worth it for me to downgrade speaker quaility so that the speakers aim downward? I am seating 10-15ft away from the TV.
It should not be an issue with LCR speakers since you are sitting 10-15 feet from the TV. It is ideal though to have the center speaker as close to the TV as possible.
