(1). I think with the sentence "quiero mi vecindario" you mean that you like it very much. In spanish, if you are talking about something that you really like you say "me gusta mucho". The verb "querer" means literally "to want" and it is common that you use it in spanish as synonym for "to love". You can also say that you love your neighborhood after living there for a long time, but it souds weird when you are new there.
(2). "Hermosa" : basically it is not wrong, but in spanish ears can sound weird, it "must" not be that way, but "can". I think it is better when you use "muy bonitas" or "preciosas" when you are talking about houses. You normally use the adjective "hermoso" (beatiful) when you talk about people, landscapes, nature.
(3). Something very important. According to spanish grammar rules, it is not good when you permanet repeat the same word. For example. For an spanish native speaker it is normally enough when you use "vecindario" at the beginning to understand that your text describes your new neighborhood. You do not have to repeat it in each sentence. In spanish grammar the permanent repetition of a word when not necessary is called "monotonía" and it is a grammatical error. A question, when you say "alrededor", do you mean that there are a lot of buildings "surrounding" the neighborhood or that there are a lot of buildings "in " the neighborhood?. "Alrededor" is correct only if you mean "surrounding" otherwise you should only say: "También hay muchos condominios" (without "alrededor").
(4) Are you sure this is the name of the Mall?, It is better if you take the original name if this is in english without translation.
(5) You should specify if it is for clothes or disches. I think you mean for clothes.
(6) As you have constructed the sentence, I understand you call this park "central park". If you want to indicate, that the the park's name is Central Park the right sentence will be: "el cual se llama Parque Central" or " su nombre es Parque Central". If you mean that people call the park so, than it is better when you say: "el cual es llamado "Parque Central" or "el cual es conocido como Parque Central":
(7) I think you wanted to say that of all things in you house, your computer is your favorite one.
(8) I think you wanted to say that you rather watch tv in your room. Please take also notice: "mirar televisión" is not wrong but sounds weird, it sounds much better if you say "ver televisión". When you say "mirar" my first though is that you want to take a look at the tv
