Reflecting Speaker When or where do you do most of your self reflection?
For me, it's in the shower. That's like my time to totally reflect on how my day was and I do most of my thinking and analyzing in the shower. And on occasion, I'll sing, if I have my iPod and speaker in there. But usually, it's just to think and reflect.
How about you?
I spend time in a very peaceful place. At school it's a meditation room and at home I have a calm place away from distractions. I sit usually on a big floor pillow and dim the lights or light a candle and I think about the people I love and what my day will be like. I prepare for the day. At night I usually think back over the day and as I go to sleep I think about the people I love again and all that I have to do the next day. I realize how I need to sleep and then I relax and let rest overtake me as best I can. I wish you a calm night's sleep, my friend. I hope that when you reflect you can see the goodness you bring to the world and how you have so many loving friends around you.
