I just bought a new TV and a surround sound home theater...what's the best way to hook it all up?
I just bought a new Sony LCD television (HDMI compatible) and a new Sony DVD surround sound home theater system (also HDMI compatible). I have digital cable television service so I will need to have the DVR box connected too. I also bought an HDMI cable. What is the best way to hook thi sall up?
More than likely you will need to hook up the DVD/REC to the TV with HDMI. Hook up the video portion of DVR to TV with HDMI or component, and audio to the DVD/REC. You will probable need some form of analog audio interconnect but you neglected to provide model numbers.
