I need to get a Powersupply for my PC, currently i have a 300W PSU... here are my pc components.
1. Intel Celeron D 2.5 GHz
2. Intel 865GBF Motherboard
3. Builting VGA and SoundCard
4. 1x PCI Modem
5. 1x PCI LAN Card
6. 1x PCI DVB Card for Satellite Downlink
7. 1x 7200rpm HDD
8. 1x Keyboard and 1x USB Mouse
I have DVD ROM also but usually i don't need it so keep it out...
Please recommend me a PSU Wattage which can give a better power to all components

300W is plenty for that setup, you do not have a very demanding system at all. Honestly that whole setup will use less than 200W, so you really don't need that big of a power supply.
