Clamp Weight Will a 2x6 clamped over a steel beam to a TV bracket be able to support the weight of the mount and a 37" LCD.?

I have drilled holes in the 2x6 and attached to the mount with 4" bolts.
I have cut the 2x6 so that is a few inches longer than the mounting bracket. The 2x6 sits on top of the beam and the bracket is attached under the beam with the 4" bolts. Is there any chance the nuts could slip of the bolts ? The weight of the TV is aprox. 50lbs.
With the 4 " inch blots it should hold long as no one goes swinging on it
