My dog ate a whole crab shell (the head part)?
It was a plain steamed shell. I saw him crunch on it before he swallowed (he ate it a little piece at a time).
Will he be ok??
I'm so worried......

The only thing I would worry about is a obstruction. Make sure he continues to eat and drink and pee and poo. If he starts to vomit or is not pooping, you need to see a vet ASAP!

Sony has been employing the AME technique in AIT media format since its introduction into the tape storage market in 1996. Sony AIT-2 turbo tapes deliver increased media robustness and exceptional magnetic flux density. The tape media of TAIT2-80N cartridge is composed of 100 percent pure cobalt. A new mechanism has been devised by Sony for applying the metal coating in which the cobalt layer is deposited after benign evaporated to ensure a robust coated tape surface. This increases the coercivity and track density of AIT-2 turbo data tape. The metal coating layer is then further coated by another layer of DLC (diamond like carbon) and a new advanced lubricant.
By utilizing the proven advanced metal evaporated process, Sony has designed the AIT-2 turbo TAIT2-80N data tape for cost efficient data recording unparalleled media durability. AIT-2 turbo has the efficient features of AIT which makes it more reliable and efficient. The highly efficient AIT turbo tape also uses the helical scan recording technology which records the complete cartridge media in one pass thus leading to low cost data backups.
