how long would i serve time in jail for two felonies in hampton, va if i have a clean record?
i had broken into an apartment but i did not steal anything. iam being charged with "grand larceny" & " breaking and entering", this had accured last year and i had just found out the other day but i had moved from virginia last year. im not sure what the penalty will be if these are my first crimes ive ever commited and i have a completely clean record. what will be the penalties, how long would i do time for?
