Turntable Cartridge why vintage phono cartridge still dam expensive these days!?
This sony turntable was with me for more than 39 over years but l still love very bit of it. l would like to upgrade its cartridge to a better one but can't afford to do so because it is so expensive! anolog black records vinyl for classical music is still my preferences way to go.
The reason they are expensive is because there is less demand for them. Fewer companies make them, so they increase the prices. I don't believe that quality of the needle has really improved since the days of vinyl.
